FNB, the has beens

It very strange that as a client, i have to communicate with FNB to find out why my bank balance is -2000 difference, even though there should be ample funds in my account. FNB now allow their "call center" agents to work from home, allowing further security risks for information being "leaked". When asking for these agents to transfer me to a representative that is actually working at their office vs from home with multiple people (children / unknowns) in the background they simply refuse, no Team leader, supervisor or manager. This is a serious concern to information being leaked to unknown people, as it is known, that just certain information being leaked could cause allot of damage, why do you allow people to work from home with unvetted people to be in the same rooms where sensitive information is requested for account verification, when these verifications was already conducted through the secure app? Further why is FNB not putting out a statement on the funds that has gone missing on thousands to possible millions of account holders?

BEE & DEI Policies shows, not only are your "agents" working on remote locations (unvetted people in background), dropping calls when asked questions to why a "technical" error could occur to a Bank, whereby duplicated transactions was taken, and cannot confirm to whom is their technical manager or when this would be rectified. No communication from FNB Socials to inform clients of this issue, affecting thousands and possible millions of clients, utter useless bank, then want to charge people for a monthly fee. FNB, do you employ people based on qualifications? are you vetting your remote working agents and family that is in the background for the access given to them through your "agent" working from home? your IT department, do they know what they are doing, or using chatGPT in assisting with updates to overall "secure" systems of yours?
