FNB The Glen Understaffed or simple ***********?

I have been trying for more than two weeks now just to get to the Home Affairs officials in the FNB The Glen branch to assist with a simple matter. First time around the power was off. Next day the queue was halfway to Bloemfontein. Today at 12h15, the staff was not there and I was advised to go back at 13h00. At 13h00, the queue was again halfway to Cape Town. Can they please change their name to represent a government institution; the experience is certainly the same.
