Fnb the glen, terrible time management and service

Fnb the glen service is abysmal, made an od appointment online for 3pm to avoid the queue at home affairs, arrived bit early as not to miss my appointment, went inside and asked the clerk where to go for my appointment ment and he pointed to a queue going out of the bank. I said what is the queue for I made a timed appointment and he said it doesn't matter its first come first serve.

Every other branch I've ever done this at has been quick simple and stuck to your booking time. What is the point of making a booming like this if the times can't be adhered to
