FNB the Glen pathetic!

I made a booking online for my ID and passport to be processed at the FNB at the Glen Shopping Centre. Ons arrival for my appointment they informed me that the department that works with this is not back yet. They approved the appointment, I already paid for these items which I lose after a certain period of time, AND I drove an hour to get to the branch. Absolutely pathetic!!!
