FNB The Glen passport services

I am so disappointed in the appalling service I have experienced with FNB. I finally managed to get a booking to get my passport done, the application process went smoothly and a week later I was told my passport was ready for collection at FNB the glen needless to say I went a week later only to find they were renovating the branch?? No one had notified me about this or where my passport could be collected? I had to make many phone calls to get in contact with someone. FINALLY I was informed me that my passport could be collected at the Johannesburg home affairs offices! Thinking that fnb would make the process easier has now made it ten times worse, never again will I rely on them for their services. Utterly disgusting that you cannot inform your clients of the correct information and not providing them with the service you promise.
