Fnb the Glen- no home affairs

On 11/01/2023 i had an home affairs booking at the fnb Glen branch. On arrival i was told there is no home affairs office and that i should go to a normal home affairs office. This is utterly disappointing and bad service as a another booking could not be made to visit another bank branch. When trying to log a complaint on the fnb website it would not allow it stating the captcha code is wrong
