FNB, the ESKOM of the banking world

Absolute WORST Bank in Africa.

1. Someone who doesn't have a clue why he did it deposited R2000 into our bank account. 2. Said person then lays a claim of ***** after depositing the money into OUR bank account. 3. FNB BLOCKS our business banking without ANY COMMUNICATION whatsoever. 4. We spend over 3 hours on the phone, speak to over 17 different 'support people', get escalated 5x to 'high critical support' and STILL OUR BANKING IS BLOCKED AND NO ONE HAS CALLED US. 5. We email and call the 'investigator', she NEVERS responds, not once. 6. We escalate the situation on social media of which the SM Team quickly asked us to DM them, this is done 3x and we have no resolution. 7. We have now had 2 direct debits BOUNCE on our account. 8. We CANNOT manage our business since last week.

My advice is simple: NEVER USE FNB. Don't be fooled by their marketing team. If and when they want, they will shut you down for NO REASON, block your business funds and then simply IGNORE you for days on end.
