FNB The Disgrace

There is absolutely no joy in dealing with FNB. Trying to resolve a home loan matter over 12 months old was THE WoRSt. This business and their staff don't care about their customers at all.

FNB lacks adherence to TCF principles. It's been two months of me trying to sincerely request that they assist with updating my credit profile across the bureas, which is a request a made over a year ago and they assured me they'd resolved.

Vangile Tshabalala, Valencia Mohlala, & Sisanda have been the most unpleasant people to work with. They haven't responded to my emails in the entire 2 month period.

Everytime I contact the call center they tell me ill receive a response in 48hours, and I never have.

Everything about this business is unpleasant. FNB Home Loans, specifically their legal department lack professionalism and decency. Please train your staff.
