Fnb the crushes your dreams without a care in the world!!!

Our issue with payment history not being corrected on 2 of our accounts have gone unresolved and emailsbare just being bounced from one department to the next with the same generated emails but no constructive feedback. Fnb is now hindering us from applying for a home loan with other bank due to this. We have proof of monthly payments to these accounts that they have noted with a bad payment history on the credit report yet they have confirmed they have received all payments but they can't back date the payment history. We have now wait a year before we can apply because that payments history now needs time to fall away on the report. Why must we suffer from something which is a fault on your side!!!FNB is ridiculous!!!!
