FNB the ******

I wanted to close down my FNB account as directed by Debt busters as I m under debt review and FNB refused to close the account down due to having a overdraft which was added to the debt review. Now this account has accumulated an amount that I must pay even though I do not use this account anymore. A consultant called me and said that she would downgrade the account to a cheaper account so that the fees would not accumulate as fast as it did, she said she would call me back but am still waiting. I thought that debt review legally protects people against ****** like FNB.
