FNB the best time wasters

on the March 2020 i closed my FNB cheque account at the fnb church square, i requested that they tell telly up everything that owe the consultant gave me the the amount I paid it, a in May/june later i recieved a call from FNB saying I owe them money they explained that the consultant made an error and i still owe short term loan I immdeiately pay the outstanding amount again the consultant reassured me that she will send my proof of payment to the relevent department to my surprise the outstanding amount is reflecting as missed payments on my credit report and its negatively affecting my score, now i had to resend my proof of payment i called FNB again to check why they havent removed the missed payments i was taken from one consultant to the next waste alot of airtime and time just to be told i they cant help me i have to go to the branch, I dont understand why i should go back an forth as i paid my loan amount now i have to waste more time in a brach just to correct an FNBs consultants mistake and incompetence. this is one of the reasons why i closed my account with FNB
