FNB - The Bank with the worst service in South Africa

My contract was ended at my Company. I fell behind with 2 payments. which was R34k. I made an arrangement with Alice Khoza and it took some time to finalize. The arrangement was to pay R5000/m more for 60 months to cover R34k. I started payng this additional payment 3 m,onths ago so I payed R15k additional on my loan. During the 1st week in October I received an e-mail from Zethnet Rooi saying that my account is still R34k in arrears. Since the 4th of October I have been trying to contact him and Alice Khoza aswell as the Homeloan Division with no success. Today alone I spend an hour on the phone trying to get hold of them. I thin FNB is by far the financial Institution in South Africa with the worts ever service. I would really love the day they go down and the worst of all is FNB,s CEO is one of the highest paid Banking CEO,s in South Africa. He should really pay back the money. The service is pathetic
