FNB The bank with the most complaints

FNB, the bank with the most number of complaints!! Endless issues with our business account. We are on the verge of closing the account. We went into the branch to resolve the issue and were told it would take 3 to 5 working days. It's now 7 working days later and they just don't help!!!
