FNB - the bank that just gives your hard earned money away.

I want to express my concern with regards to FNB. it's always issue after issue with this people. Last night I went to sleep around 9 or so and I had atleast 8k funds in my account. I am aware that FNB does not send incontact notifications after a certain time and that is utter nonsense. I wake up this morning to a notification of R1900 taken out of my account and I am only informed in the morning!!!. I call FNB and they say it takes 7 to 14 working days to resolve but ABSA calls you immediately and refunds immediately. What **** is this? I have debit orders that need to go out and if it bounces it will be me who will have charged the fees!!! I am sorry but this is stressing me out and I am under debt review and you guys are just causing me even more stress. Guys I need this resolved immediately.
