FNB the bank that discriminate against Soweto business

Before lockdown I opened a bank account with FNB, our company was to be proudly South African, was proudly Sowetan. It was BEE and was meant to be benefitting people from Soweto and Soweto Businesses. Against our 3rd director's advise we chose to do banking and have our banking in Soweto and have our business cards arrive in Dube FNB. Out of 3 directors 2 stayed in Soweto. It took 3 months to get one of us a card, and they had trouble with the other one it took 3 more months to get the other one. As soon as it arrives it starts to make ********** transactions. It was an obvious inside ***** empowered by evasive tactics and misdirection. They still haven't rep**** in writing and used delay tactics to make sure we can't lodge a complaint with the ombudsman or other authorities. Their poor management was an integral part of the business suffering. I know that banks are bound by customer protection law and also can pay restitution. How do I access this when they refuse to entertain us and use unfair business practices and misinformation and misdirection for customers who don't have huge lawyers or are from disadvantaged area. I wish to know about the relevant ways I can take action against service providers that are infringing on people's rights, because they have ways of avoiding anyone who can't afford a lawyer.
