FNB, the bank that clearly DOESN'T care

Been trying to get Temporary Loan from Fnb, but just getting nowhere.. The option has just disappeared.. I taking the offer a few times before and always paid it back within the time frame.. they were throwing the offer out to me.. however, now that I really need the loan, they cant help me, and waited days for them to call me back, only to tell me that I can only apply for one again after a month.. well its been at least a month now, but still no offer, I've just tried again but cant even seem to find a place to apply.. Its so frustrating.. Im so over FNB!!
