FNB the bank of miscommunication
So I opened a cheque account and then phoned FNB to confirm. I was on the phone waiting first for 15 minutes and then be cold transferred to many different consultants but one consultant Sumaiyah ismail, had informed me that I must transfer money to account to activate it, I then took an advance of money from a family member so that the money could be transferred in. I then checked and saw that the money did not reflect and the transfer was complete and money should've been on my side. I then called a second time which again I waited for 10 minutes to be answered and then was told no it was to be a cash deposit not eft. Miscommunication is FNB's motto
