FNB the bank of great sabotage

I've been with Fnb for many years now however at times I do feel that they lack genuine empathy for some of their customers. Yesterday morning I bought Vodacom data and airtime via my cellphone banking. I must say I was in such a state when I realised that money left my account but nothing happened as my data balance was still zero on the number I bought them for. I am studying towards an MBA and needed to urgently send emails to my institution as am preparing for my final examination...lo and behold I had to borrow a cellphone to call my bank around midday as I didn't have airtime. The consultant assured me that the glitch is noted and would escalate the matter however it would take up to 24 hrs to be resolved. This evening I'm still without the data and airtime. When I called again I'm now told it would take 7 days for the matter to be resolved as it must be "investigated". I'm so angry and feel abused and taken for granted at my critical hour. I told the consultant that I already spoke with Vodacom and they confirmed that FNB is to blame. There's so much inconsistency and I don't want excuses but excellent service that would make me feel appreciated and prioritised. I want my data and airtime IMMEDIATELY.
