I lost track of how many emails I've sent to you and the merchant? You [FNB] really made me feel embarrassed by chasing R479! I am not gonna make any big fuzz re. such low money, it was the principles from the start as I don't support a fishy business like that merchant's one.

I really can't believe that you're playing (passing-the-bucket) game with your customers! Truly inspiring!!! services and customer care, indeed.

Please close this case and save face.
