FNB terribly Unprofessional
Once again they are harassing me , even though I have informed them I HAVE A TAX ACCOUNTANT THAT DOES MY TAXES . They insist I fill out tax forms with them . I get constant emails and texts . THIS is why I am closing my account . Furthermore , they got the customer care centre to call me who didn't have a CLUE how to fix the issue , what's the ****** use of that ? very *********** . If you are on the fence re changing banks , I suggest STD or captitec , not FNB

14 Mar 2022, 12:36This is bull**** , they did this the last time . An inexperienced customer resolution person called me , had NO idea what my issue was OR how to fix it , complete waste of time . This is why I gave them the lowest score possible . their "resolution centre" is absolutely pathetic

14 Mar 2022, 17:13So to follow up , I got a call from FNB tax division , I was finally hopeful , serves me right for thinking positive I guess . They had NO intention of resolving my issues , all they wanted to convey is that they are now working with SARS and this IS the way they are going forward , in other words they are quite happy harassing their customers to a point where they close accounts and move banks , which I am now going to do . Goodbye FNB

So to follow up , I got a call from FNB tax division , I was finally hopeful , serves me right for thinking positive I guess .
