FNB : Terrible service provider

My experience for the last 2 weeks for my insurance claim via FNB brokers has been one filled with obstacles and incessant difficulties. I have not recieved any feedback unless I have followed up and two weeks after my motor vehicle was taken in, no repairs have ******ced. I am going to not only change my insurance but also my private banking account to another bank.

Do not advise using FNB
