Fnb terrible service

Fnb credit desk via chat advisor just left out important information which i only found out after calling fnb credit desk - i need help to lower my down payments and in this case made it worse - i have a business account and my family banks with fnb. Very unhappy customer - just set me back 3 more years in debt because of explaining the good part but not the bad part! Make things clear let the client understand!
