FNB TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service Go to a bank. ATM swallows the deposit and gives error slip. So now an immediate deposit gets turned into two days or 3. No one knows anything yet this is at the branch,fill the form two days later the deposit or refund is not done. How pathetic service can u get when u expect a deposit at the bank to be immediately. idiotic servicen then u message the secure chat as a premium bank member which they use as a marketing perk . The Cust service agent knows **** and cannot even assist. Fnb has worst service.
