FnB terrible service

Terrible service from day one,went to the branch 26 May 2022 to open a new account that took 90min,had issues with issuing the card.. guy was only interested in upselling products.. took forever for the card to be ready. Today I go in and wait over 35 minutes when the branch is absolutely quiet with no joy of picking up my card. My entire break was wasted. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age. Catch a wake up fnb Raisethorpe. I will be taking my personal and new business accounts to another service provider if this is the level of customer service.
