FNB - Terrible service

I keep on getting calls for upgrades from your call centre after requesting them to stop calling me for an account upgrade. I visited the Centurion branch after my credit card was stopped and months later and still no one can explain why my credit card was stopped. The manager that was supposed to help me rather told me about her upsell targets and added a FNB cell bundle to my account instead of resolving my credit card issue. FNB has become the worst bank in SA.
