FNB terrible service
I have been with FNB for almost 20 years, whenever I have an issue it does not get resolved, I get sent from pillar to post and no one wants to take accountability and assist. I took a temp loan in 2022 around March, paid it off but it still reflects on my credit report as active, I have sent numerous emails, made calls, went to a branch and even used the Chat with an agent on the FNB app but still no assistance. All I need from them is a paid up letter so I can send to Experian so the can update on their side, almost a year now asking for the same thing.

I am becoming more and more disappointed with the service that I'm receiving from your company. No one ever got back to me like you promised, my credit score went down drastically due to what ever updates you did without contacting me, and then the temp loan that I took now reflects as in arrears for 11 months? How come? On my statement it reflects that it was paid. As far as I know, temp loan is deducted when ever there are funds deposited into my account, what are you people actually doing?
I need answers, URGENTLY!!!! This has been going on long enough!!!!
