FNB - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Good day I am a Private Client of FNB with Bank Charges of R400 a month. I have been receiving terrible services no - NO Service at all. I have contract that has been debiting the wrong amount of my account yet My Bank cannot process a reversal nor put a Stop Order on this Company. This is by far the WORST Bank in South Africa!
