FNB - Terrible service

The worst service ever…. I have been a loyal client of FNB for over 10 years and my account with them has been always maintained and has transitioned to various levels within their portfolio. However lately I will refrain from recommending their service to anyone. For example, I have an open query with FNB for the last 4 months and to date I have not received a positive outcome. I have to constantly remind and request feedback and often I am told that there is none. This is just one example apart from others.
