FNB terrible service

The secure online chart needs to be removed. Those things are very useless and there's nothing they assist you with. I requested simple assistance that they stop one of my debit orders. and I didn't even request reversal however I was told that I don't have authority on my own bank account to do anything. No explanation or why I'm not authorized to make cancellations on my account. I it ******* and a disgrace as a bank to conduct such.
