FNB Terrible Service

I've experienced the worst service ever since I joined FNB.I requested for assistance last year and still have had no feedback regarding my Query. I was called originally when my request was logged to go over the issue whereby I could not access my UDEMY content from Ebucks offers. The Gentleman that helped me at the time mentioned that he would get back to me; I havelogged the same queries since and no one has called me back .I cannot gain access to the content through my EBucks discount, and I have been transferred from one consultant to another. No help at all with this, my first query was logged last year November 2024. This is absolutely pathetic!
