FNB TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION WITH ********** CASE; ALMOST A MONTH AND NON OF MY TRANSACTIONS WERE REFUNDED YET

i made a ********** case, went to the police, got all the info together, the police got back to me but after about 50 emails, sending all the proof for nearly a month now, i only received 1 phone call and email from FNB, i still did not get any money returned from this case. No communication makes one think if fnb is the best choice
