FNB terrible communication, they don’t solve issues

FNB bank was a good bank many years ago, now you wait until your airtime runs out or the number cuts off or doesn’t exist, I paid my overdraft with a discount settlement, they are still charging me interest on my FNB Cheque account ,but my account has been settled,been struggling to get in contact with them and the Lawyers ignore my emails and requests.
