FNB - Terrible!

I am extremely disappointed with FNB! Since the changing of the logo nothings seems to work! You call in and the consultants tell you that they are unable to assist you on their side. You go to the branch and they tell you they are offline. The app also is constantly unavailable. You can't make any changes or even download documents. I have been trying to change my debit order date - a mere date and no one can assist and not even the app can change this. I can't even download my insurance policies and also recently found out that they canceled my car insurance without even contacting me. They have been investing this for the past two weeks and I still don't have feedback. I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years but this is just too much. I can't trust FNB anymore.
