Fnb terrible bank

I have never had such bad service in my life. I got a credit card increase . Everything was approved accepted the bank mandate. Been waiting for more than a week for increase to show in my account. Fnb requested documents after everything was approved I sent it still no response. I have a private clients Fusion account. My bank charges is high every month and for what? Terrible Credit card department. I'm going to close all my accounts with this bank.
