FNB Termination of Relationship

FNB Sent me a letter of termination of relationship, there is no one to speak to except an email and I’m really worried. As I’ve been a long term customer with a good profile as mentioned by the agent I spoke too. I really need assistance and to sort this out. Such a mess up and unneeded stress
