FNB Terminated Relation But Did Not Send Remaining Funds!!!
FNB froze my account ( 627****850) on 24/04/2023. They asked me to provide the reason for source of funds ans proofs. I did reply to their mail with proof of payments and purpose.
On the 17/05/2023 FNB decided to terminate relations, and they asked that I should provide them with funds into which they will send my remaining funds. I did send them my account and proof thereof.
To date, i have not receive my funds and they stopped replying to my emails.
Issue no #2: They asked Stitch to freed my funds which were destined to Binance.com, as a result Binance also froze my funds and awaiting communication from FNB.
I have tried to lodge complaint via their care channel, no response until now.
