FNB terminated my relationship

FNB terminated my relationship with them even though Capitec bank sent them the email stating the misunderstanding they requested for and FNB bank had money in my FNB account at this point I think I should get a lawyer to solve this issue because it's so shady they didn't even give me a case number no one is explaining to me what they want. I'm tired of going to the bank I may give birth any day from now.
