Fnb temporary loans department

Hellopeter i had the fnb temporary loan 3 to 4 years ago while i was banking with but the problem is i payed them but when i check on my credit score fnb is there saying that i owe them so i dont know how to get to them. I called the call centre to sort this out but they put me on hold for an hour no one has assited me can you please help me with this.
