Fnb temporary loan settlement letter
I always struggle with fnb when trying to get my settlement letters for temporary loans i will call and call and they will tell me to wait for 24-48 hours but they end up not assisting

07 Jan 2026, 08:37I haven't received any help till now but I have received an email that states that everything has been resolved and they have sent my temporary loan paid up letter...I took the loan in November and paid it in December I don't understand y is the account still active
