FNB Temporary loan service

I made a Temporary loan and a week after the loan i had to make another loan for food now FNB took all the money i borrowed for food and won't give it back even after a secure chate service discussion where i explained the situation and stated that the money will get paid back when my salary is paid into my account so now my family and I will starve to death before FNB wil get the money back because they took the money I borrowed for food. This is so ********* and unprofessional because this is a valid reason for wanting the money back. If this is not rectified within 2 days of this complaint i will have no choice but to take this to hellopeter and the court where i am sure they will rule in my favour even if the term and conditions said they can take the money back as we are human beings and need to eat to live this is a constitutional rights.
