FNB TEMPORARY LOAN IS A TRAP

I Took Out a Temporary Loan With February 2022, Struggled To Have It Repaid Within The 30 Days Because I Lost My Job, In May 2022 After Starting a New Job I Was In Touch With FNB To Have My Account Debited For The Amount Due, In Which They Failed To Do So, Twice In Fact, Next Thing My Loan Has Been Handed Over Without Prior Notice To HPAttorneys Who After Settling The Loan Could Not Provide Me With a Paid Up Letter. I Need The Letter So That I Can Have The Adverse Information That Is Affecting My Credit Profile Removed Because This Whole Situation Was Dealt With Unprofessionally And Transunion Is Taking Their Time Logging The Dispute.
