FNB Temporary Loan Error
Really frustrated with FNB right now.
I was offered a pre-approved temporary loan this morning. As I made a move to accept it I was logged out of my Online Banking, and when I logged on again it had disappeared from both Online and my banking app.
When I tried to reapply for it I got the "Your application for a temporary loan has been rejected due to some criteria not being met" error message. How can this happen in a matter of minutes, going from pre-approved to not at all?!
