FNB temporary loan department

During earlier this year I accepted a temporary loan with my bank FNB (this was not the first loan) however due to unforeseen circumstances I could not settle the last one. I then contacted the specific division to make some kind of arrangement, they informed me that they cannot make arrangements I must wait for the Attorneys to contact me. On the 6th October 2017 the attorneys contacted me and indicated that the account has been handed over to them for collection, we made and arrangement and everything was fine. Today 29 November 2017, FNB deducted the total outstanding on the temporary loan. I went to my branch manager who tried to assist me by contacting the relevant departments and there reply was There is nothing that they could do. Although I had an agreement with their attorneys. Please help
