FNB Temporary Loan

FNB offer me a temporary loan account valid for 34 days but as I know it they deduct from your account whenever a credit is made to your account... which they did in drips and drap's. On the 21st until date there is enough money in the account for them to deduct but instead I see on my profile and outstanding amount but I am not allowed to go into the account to check. Now I keep on getting sms and emails that the amount is overdue and outstanding. How the heck must I get an account number if I do not know the account number because u deduct it yourselves. I am not going to waist my air time to phone FNB Loans. So please can someone contact me and tell me what the heck is going on!!!!
