FNB TEMPORARY LOAN
I took a temp loan out with FNB on April 24th. Agreement stated that full amount should be repaid within 31 days. I planned to pay back my loan on the 30th day. I had no money left as I had to pay my tuition fees and exam expenses. I received a deposit from a family member to help me pay electricity and transport for the month. When I accessed my Online banking FNB had taken all the money for my transport and electricity to repay loan and leaving me with nothing . I am left with no funds for me and my little family. I don’t know how we going to survive until my next salary dated. FNB does not recognize that their clients are people with real life situations. We all don’t have a surplus of funds. Some of us unfortunately live hand to mouth. I have another R300 coming in and I know FNB will take it and leave us hungry.
