FNB Temporary Loan

Temporary Loan refused for bad credit, but initial loan was done on lower credit profile. As i have a bad credit score and cannot get any loans anywhere. FNB offered me a temporary loan to the amount of R5000, obviously in the situation i am i took the loan. I repaid the loan with interest. One of the reasons taking the loan, i though i will be able to take the loan again after i repaid it, and maybe take less. But to my surprise FNB is telling me that i cannot get another loan as my credit profile is to bad. But it did not change from before i took the loan. Although the Loan Offer did show, and when i wanted to take it, it just disappeared . I Urgently need this money.

Now my question is? why give me a loan if my credit is bad, and now that i want another loan i get told my credit is to bad?
