FNB Temporary Loan

I have been with fnb for more than three years now and I must say I am very unhappy with their service. I currently have a gold cheque account with them, this morning when I app**** for a temporary loan I was declined because according to the lady sitting behind the desk I have no debt... the problem with this is that I have taken out temporary lians before on numerous occasions and paid them back. I am very unsatisfied and I'm thinking of moving on to another bank that doesn't treat me like a fool.
