FNB TEMPORARY LOAN

Hi,

I lodged a complaint about my temp loan 3 days ago and still no response.

I've paid for my temp loan in full and now i'm cash strapped and would like to apply for a Temp Loan. I can't seem to apply for a temp loan online.

I went to an ATM trying to get a temp loan and I recieved a message saying a Temp loan has been taken up already. How is that possible if I haven't used a temp loan since I last paid for my previous loan in full before allocated time frame.

I have been waiting for a response from FNB for 3 days now.

Please advise as It's rather shocking to wait this long for such a pressing issue to be resolved!

A temp loan is pre-scored if it does not show on your profile or cell phone banking it means you do not qualify for one.

Please contact the contact centre for further enquires on *** option 3 alternatively visit your nearest barnch.

Hi, I received an sms stating that I owe R339 for my Temp Loan. How is that possible if FNB took the allocated money on the day I was paid last month. I looked at my bank statement and it clearly indicated that a full amount was taken by FNB to pay back the loan. Now i'm being told I owe an additional R339.
