FNB TEMPORARY LOAN
I AM NEVER GOING TO USE AN FNB TEMPORARY LOAN EVER AGAIN! OR MAYBE ITS TIME I SWITCHED BANKS?!
I TOOK A TEMPORARY LOAN ON THE 22 SEPTEMBER, I NEEDED MONEY TO PAY FOR MY DAUGHTERS SPECIALIST BILLS AS OUR MEDICAL AID FUNDS ARE EXHAUSTED. THE MONEY WAS NOT ENOUGH SO I MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENT AND GOT MONEY DEPOSITED INTO MY FNB ACCOUNT, INSTANTLY, ON THE 4TH OCTOBER, THE TEMPORARY LOAN REPAID ITSELF IN FULL.
ITS SAID THAT WE HAVE 31 DAYS TO PAY AND THAT SOME DEPOSITS PAID INTO YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE USED. HOW DOES IT USE ALL THE DEPOSITS MADE INTO MY ACCOUNT FOR SETTLEMENT? EVEN WHEN I STILL HAVE 31 DAYS TO PAY?
I CONTACTED FNB AND EXPLAINED TO THEM MYU CURRENT SITUATION AND THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO TO REVERSE THE MONEY, SORRY!!
I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS UPSET!
