FNB Temporal Loan

I am very unhappy about FNB temploral loan system, I took their loan on 2019 and when I got paid the loan automatically deducted from my pay.

Now the issue is when I check my credit profile this temploral loan says it still active and it is reflecting badly on my credit score, I want to buy a house now and I do not qualify because of this Temp Loan which i paid for but at FNB it reflect as unpaid.

PLEASE ASSIST ME.
